The latest from 3D Print Force [6.6.25]

Jun 6, 2025

Hey!

Sam from 3D Print Force here with a few updates to kick off your June.

Maintenance log

You can now track maintenance and repairs you complete on your printers.

Repair items

Repair items are individual repairs that could be completed on your printers. The items are a set repair cost made up of materials and labor. You create these once and can be used over and over again across all your printers.

Maintenance Log

A maintenance log is an entry created when a repair on your printer is done. A maintenance log can be made up of many repair items. Essentially the log entry should include all the repairs items that you completed at that time. The cost of the maintenance log is made up of the sum of all the repair items attached to said maintenance log.

The Future of Maintenance logs

For now the maintenance log will just be that. a log of all your repairs done. We will continue to build out this feature though. Included on our road map is reporting features letting you know which printers are requiring the most maintenance. You will also be able to have the hourly maintenance cost be dynamic based on your personal maintenance history. Keep an eye on future updates for these features.

Feature Roadmap

For those of you who i've gotten to speak to through email or even during an onboarding call you know that here at 3DPF we want to build something people need and will use.

To that end I'm very excited to announce our new public roadmap. The roadmap is just that. It's going to be the map we use to guide new feature releases and current feature improvements.

We obviously have our own ideas but we want to hear from you as well on what you'd like to see from 3DPF. So starting today you can now request features and add them to our community roadmap.

Discord connect

Don't forget—you can now link your Discord account to 3D Print Force and unlock access to the vibrant 3DPF Community Discord!

Once connected, you’ll be seamlessly added to the 3DPF Discord server with a role automatically assigned based on your 3D Print Force subscription level.

We are trying to build out our docs center as quickly as possible. Sometimes the features come fast then the help docs though. The discord is a convenient spot to get quick support for 3D Print Force whenever you need it. :)
